This Key Action supports:
Mobility projects in the field of education, training and youth;
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees;
Erasmus+ Master Loans.
The Actions supported under this Key Action are expected to bring positive and long-lasting effects on the participants and participating organisations involved, as well as on the policy systems in which such activities are framed.
As regards students, trainees, apprentices and young people, the mobility activities supported under this Key Action are meant to produce the following outcomes:
improved learning performance;
enhanced employability and improved career prospects;
increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship;
increased self-empowerment and self-esteem;
improved foreign language competences;
enhanced intercultural awareness;
more active participation in society;
better awareness of the European project and the EU values;
increased motivation for taking part in future (formal/non-formal) education or training after the mobility period abroad.
As regards staff, youth workers and professionals involved in education, training and youth, the mobility activities are expected to produce the following outcomes:
improved competences, linked to their professional profiles (teaching, training, youth work, etc.);
broader understanding of practices, policies and systems in education, training or youth work across countries;
increased capacity to trigger changes in terms of modernisation and international opening within their educational organisations;
greater understanding of interconnections between formal and non-formal education, vocational training and the labour market respectively;
better quality of their work and activities in favour of students, trainees, apprentices, pupils, adult learners, young people and volunteers;
greater understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity;
increased ability to address the needs of the disadvantaged;
increased support for and promotion of mobility activities for learners;
increased opportunities for professional and career development;
improved foreign language competences;
increased motivation and satisfaction in their daily work.

Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices
The actions under KA2 make it possible for organisations from different participating countries to work together, to develop, share and transfer best practices and innovative approaches in the fields of education, training and youth. The following actions are managed by the EACEA as part of the General call for proposals and described in detail in the Programme Guide:
- Sector Skills Alliances ensuring cooperation between education and employment in tackling skills gaps with regard to one or more occupational profiles in a specific sector;
- Knowledge Alliances cooperation between higher education institutions and enterprises;
- Capacity Building in the field of youth supporting cooperation with Partner Countries;
- Capacity Building in the field of higher education supporting cooperation with Partner Countries.

Key Action 3: Support for policy reform
Key Action 3 provides grants for a wide variety of actions aimed at stimulating innovative policy development, policy dialogue and implementation, and the exchange of knowledge in the fields of education, training and youth. The majority of them are managed by the EACEA. Most of the actions under KA3 are managed outside the annual general call for proposals. The three main instruments that are managed through specific calls for proposals published on this website:
Initiatives for policy innovation giving support to forward-looking cooperation projects on policy developments and European policy experimentations led by high level organisations and public authorities to stimulate innovative policies and prepare their implementation;
Civil Society Cooperation providing support to European NGOs and EU-wide networks active in the fields of ducation, training and youth with the aim of raising the awareness about European policies and to boost the cooperation with the public authorities. Funds are also allocated to a range of calls for tender and restricted calls
Studies and surveys with the aim to increase the knowledge in the fields of education, training and youth through the collection of evidence and analysis;
European policy tools improving the recognition of skills, qualifications and diplomas by facilitating the transfer of credits, and supporting skills management and guidance, the Bologna process and the quality assurance, etc; Cooperation with international organisations to foster policy dialogue with partner countries, to promote international attractiveness of European Higher Education in the world and to support the network of Higher Education Reform Experts in partner Countries neighbouring the EU,
Stakeholder dialogue, policy and programme promotion, to raise awareness about EU policies by supporting dialogue and policy promotion with public authorities, providers and stakeholders in the field of education, training and youth.

Erasmus+ 2021-2027 is one of Europe’s biggest financial frameworks the Erasmus plus program has been renewed for yet another seven years. On Thursday, December 19 the European Union confirmed the new funds for the Erasmus plus programme.

THE NEXT ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME APPROVED FOR 2021-2027 . The next ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME has been approved for years 2021-2027, an EU programme providing opportunities for education, training, young people and sport in Europe. In the newly approved Erasmus+, more co-funding and cooperation with other European programmes is being provided. Another new feature is the introduction of centres of vocational excellence, international centres providing vocational training for replica watches for men continuous development of skills.
